Amret is dedicated to supporting social, humanitarian, and life-saving initiatives for patients who constantly need blood. On the morning of June 7, 2025, Amret Microfinance Institution organized the “11th Voluntary Blood Donation Program” in Kampong Cham Province. This event was conducted with the support of the Kampong Cham Provincial Administration, Kampong Cham Provincial Referral Hospital, and the Kampong Cham Provincial National Blood Center.  

The program took place with the participation of Mr. Han Kosal, Deputy Governor of Kampong Cham Province, Mr. Yin Sinat, Director of Kampong Cham Provincial Referral Hospital, members of the public, and Amret employees, totaling over 100 attendees at the 11th voluntary blood donation event. It is important to highlight that Amret Microfinance Institution has continuously organized this voluntary blood donation program with two primary objectives: to raise awareness about the significance of blood donation and to engage in social humanitarian activities aimed at saving lives as both citizens and institutions.

Mr. Han Kosal, the Deputy Governor of the province, stated, "In this campaign, representatives from the Amret Microfinance Institution, along with approximately 100 staff members and volunteers from the Kampong Cham region, participated in a blood donation drive. The goal of this initiative is to encourage young men, women, and the general public to show their compassion by donating blood to assist those in need."

The Deputy Governor emphasized that donating blood reflects a spirit of sacrifice aimed at saving the lives of fellow citizens and demonstrates love for others through acts of charity, particularly by giving one's own blood to help those in need.

On this special occasion, Amret expressed deep gratitude for the spirit of charity shown by everyone participating in this vital activity. Amret is committed to continuing blood donation efforts for the National Blood Center in Phnom Penh and throughout the provinces in the future, contributing to society, saving lives, and ensuring an adequate supply of blood for patients in need at hospitals.
