This certificate reflects the commitment to participate in the implementation of good governance by fulfilling the fiscal obligations of the institution to the state accurately, fully and transparently in accordance with the tax principles and regulations of Cambodia.

The tax compliance classification is divided into three categories: gold (high compliance), silver (medium compliance) and bronze (low compliance). The Gold Card type is the number one card for enterprises that have complied with the tax properly, focusing on compliance with the regulations, periodic tax payment and providing the correct documents at the request of the General Department of Taxation.
