To procure the SME loan applicants with complete/ proper documentations required by credit processing unit and as per credit guideline

Job Description

• Define potential areas for doing the prospection;
• Set daily/ weekly/ monthly prospection plan to make sure KPI reached;
• Promote the priority product, SME loan, and also other Amret products in an assigned operating area with a view to delivering clear, transparent and accurate information to the client;
• Provide advice and consulting to clients in targeted areas of eligibility criteria, document requirements, financial planning, credit matter to ensure quality payments;
• Collect and fill the Pre-checking on eligibility criteria of the priority products;
• Gathering and cross-checking all related documents before doing the detailed assessment; 
• Provide priority products to customers based on good communication and ethical behavior;
• Work closely with OCR and BM to make sure good collaboration;
• Build and maintain good relationships with prospects, customers, and local authorities to ensure that customer satisfaction is enriched;
• Collect customer feedback and competitor information such as product/service features, pricing etc. in the purpose of providing constructive comments to the direct supervisor for improvement;
• Contribute and share the experiences of selling products as well as the effective relationship to the whole team of direct sale, credit officers, and the new direct sale;
• Participate all weekly or monthly meetings are required by the branch manager or direct sales supervisor or commercial department;
• Update the result, challenges, and client feedback to a supervisor of direct sale. 

Job Requirements

• Degree in Finance and Banking, Accounting, or related field;
• Minimum 2-year sales exposure in the retail industry (real estate, consumer products, etc). Banking experience is an advantage;
• Computer literacy;
• Good oral and written communication in Khmer and English.
