Amret Mobile Security Tips

To protect your Bank Account or your mobile phone from scams or online fraud, it is essential that you follow key security tips for protection as outlined below:

1. For Amret Mobile PIN

• Change your PIN regularly, at least once every 3 months, to avoid it being noticed or remembered by others.
• Do not write your PIN on paper and change it immediately if you suspect someone else knows it.
• Never share your PIN with anyone, including Amret staff.
• Use a strong PIN and avoid easy-to-guess numbers (e.g., avoid 1122 or your date of birth).

2. For OTP (One-Time Password)

• Never share your OTP with anyone, whether verbally, via links, or through social media.
• If you receive an OTP message, it means someone may be attempting to access your banking app.
Please report the case to the Amret Call Center for further engaging responsible team in charge for further investigation.

3. Other Personal Information
