Stung Treng Province, Monday, May 19, 2025 - Amret is excited to participate once again in the “Riel Day” program organized by the National Bank of Cambodia in Stung Treng Province.

This marks the third time Amret has taken part in the celebration, coinciding with the 45th anniversary of the introduction of the national riel. Together with the National Bank of Cambodia, Amret is committed to supporting the “Riel Day” program, following the previous event held in Kratie Province. The aim of this ongoing initiative is to promote and educate the public about the benefits of using the riel, the Bakong system, and to encourage the adoption of the riel in digital payments for more efficient financial transactions.

During the event, attendees will have the opportunity to exchange old, torn, and damaged riel banknotes for new ones free of charge. There will also be an exhibition and a concert.
