Job Introduction

Supervisor, Direct Sale will responsible to manage and lead the performance of direct sales to ensure they reach KPI

Job Description

  • Lead and guide each direct sales staff to define potential areas for daily/ weekly/ monthly action plans for doing the prospection;
  • Monitor and review the daily/weekly action plans of each direct sales staff;
  • Manage and drive each direct KPI of direct sale staff;
  • Understand well about business, contexts, cash flow and its workflow;
  • Leading and coaching each direct sales staff to ensure the capability in performing their jobs;
  • Lead, motivation and work together with direct sales at the field;
  • Lead weekly meetings with DS to share the opportunities, challenges, and solutions;
  • Work closely with the branch manager to improve the direct sales performance as well as communication between direct sales and branch staff;
  • Lead weekly or monthly meetings with the branch manager and direct sale about the performance, challenges and provide solutions;
  • Update the result, challenges, and client feedback as well as proposed solution to commercial department.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Finance and Banking, Accounting, or related field;
  • Minimum sale experience 2 years in banking industry;
  • Minimum leader experience 2 years;
  • Computer literacy;
  • Good oral and written communication in Khmer and English.
