• Developing and review IT Policy, Security Procedure/Guideline to​​ align with International Security Standard and comply with regulatory;
• Leading Regulatory Compliance in IT and Information Security;
• Monitoring and Follow up IT and Information Security compliance status;
• Working with relevant department to develop documents of Security Baseline, processes and Practice ;
• Working with relevant department to deliver Training Need Analysis to improve IT personnel competence;
• Supporting and coordinate with Internal/External Auditor during audit mission;
• Collecting, Keeping, Managing and Protecting the documents related to Information Technology Department such as Policy, Procedure, guideline, etc.;
• Develop Third-Party Security Policy, Procedure, Framework;
• Assessing Security Risks and Managing Third-Party Security to ensure the security controls are implemented to prevent data/information breach;
• Review SLA, NDA, OLA and ensure that Supplier/Vendor, Third Party and Fourth Party are not breach the contract or exposed the data/information;
• Develop and Delivery Security Awareness to all targeted users;
• Respond the audit reports and assist departments to recommend the effective internal control.
• Job Requirements
• Bachelor in Computer Science or Related Field;
• 1-2 years experience in IT, preferably in IT Security and IT Audit;
• Exposure to and be able to developing the Information Security
• Policy/Procedure;
• Good time management.
