Job Summary

Supervise the call center team and ensure they delivering the high standard of service to customers to make sure the customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities 

  • To ensure high customer service provided through telephone interaction and social media platforms.
  • To support Digital Channel Department to monitor ATM service and resolve all issues from the mobile Banking and Bakong Service.
  • To support relevant parties to resolve the disputed cases of e-wallet transactions.
  • To receive and resolve complaints from the channels.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in marketing or other related fields; 
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in call center;
  • Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure; Dynamics, good initiative and pleasant personality; 
  • Good oral and written communication in both Khmer and English; 
  • Good computer literacy
