Job introduction: 

Responsible for leading our ER supporting the delivery of an exceptional HR service across Amret. Support & manage investigations, statutory compliance & ER related activities for Amret to eliminate business risks. Prioritizes on a wellbeing strategy development and facilitates delivery of workplace health and wellbeing.

Job Description

  • Gathers, analyzes and interprets data and metrics to develop recommendations and strategies to facilitate positive employee relations and engagement;
  • Design concrete grieving process, investigation procedure and committee’s role in dealing with Employee relation issue and educate to HRBP and BM and HOR for practicing;
  • Works Independently to conduct investigations of complaints or grievance handling and recommend corrective actions in HQ;
  • Build a culture that inspires positive wellbeing in all that we do, through engagement, campaigns and activations;
  • Coordinate in developing and implementing engagement, diversity, equity and inclusion, physical & mental well-being programs;
  • Lead and coordinate the employee engagement survey and drive improvement action plan to build organization effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Human Resources Management or relevant skills;
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources Management, Employee Relation, and Employee engagement;
  • Experience in project management is a plus/preferable, to lead HR projects;
  • Good in management skills, and knowledge in Human Resources function and labor law;
  • Ability to analyze HR data, initiate action plan and re-inforce the implementation;
  • Computer Literacy (word, excel, ppt.);
  • Good verbal and written communication both Khmer and English.
