Management Team and Staff
Amret currently employs hundreds of staff members, who are categorized as the Management Team which leads the skilled and committed team of Operations, and Support Staff.
Most of management team have been promoted internally and are supported to develop their managerial and leadership skills to reach the organizational requirements.
The management team consists of the General Manager, Human Resources and Admin Manager, Head of Business Division Manager, Finance Manager, Internal Audit Manager, IT Manager and Marketing and Communications Manager. The Operations Staff includes Provincial Managers, Deputy Provincial Managers, Branch Managers, Deputy Branch Managers, Tellers and Credit Agents. They are assisted by a team of Support Staff.
By the end of October 2009, 222 women (23% of total staff) have worked at Amret including 1 Management Staff member, 30 General Credit Agents, 29 Tellers, 4 Specialized Credit Agents, 2 Branch Managers and 157 Support Staff members.
