Amret has a group of major shareholders and is overseen by a board of directors.

It currently employs hundreds of staff members, with the Management and Operation team leading a skilled and committed team of Support Staff.

The management team consists of 7 people, most of whom have been promoted internally and sponsored to reach institutional requirements. District managers complete BBA courses, while Provincial Managers and Management Staff meet the requirements of MBA courses.

With staff rapidly increasing, Amret's HR department maintains a commitment to Corporate Values, Culture and Ethics, along with Career Management.
