Amret is always looking for ways to improve its operations and work, and to identify areas where the most progress can be made.

• To reinforce the implementation of Internal Control;
• To re-enforce the quality of our staff's work by implementing strict Human Resources policies and disciplinary actions, and by abiding to the long-term Vision and Mission of Amret;
• To review the productivity standards of credit agents;
• To reinforce saving mobilization; especially to reach remote people and saving in local curreny;
• To diversify financial products, credit for investment and inter-branch transfer;
• To re-enforce external communications by developing new tools: the Annual Report, website, and other publications; and
• To increase the MIS capacity to respond new requirements of products.
