Amret is always looking for ways to improve its operations and work, and to identify areas where the most progress can be made.

•	To re-enforce the quality of our staff's work by implementing strict Human Resources policies and disciplinary actions, and by abiding to the long-term Vision and Mission of Amret.
•	To review the productivity standards of credit agents.
•	To re-enforce saving mobilization.
•	To diversify financial products, credit for investment and voluntary savings.
•	To re-enforce external communications by developing new tools: the Annual Report, website, and other publications.
•	To increase the MIS capacity.
