What's new

1- Testing Inter-branch transfer and will roll out the product in next 3 months.

2- The new commercial registration code of the Certificate of Incorporation is officially changed and approved on 05 February 2010.

3- To improve premises and customers services for saving collection.

4- Shareholders decided to increase registered paid up capital from 10,242,500 thousand KHR to 11,379,120,thousand KHR. The process of capital increase would be finished by the end of July 2010.

5- Since we started roll out saving in last quarter 2009, voluntary deposit amount at the end of 2009 increased significantly up to 370% comparing to figure by end of 2008.
